Complete set of pilot plant equipment for special engineering resins.

The equipment is sold as a skid-mounted set. The temperature, pressure, speed, etc. of the equipment have data remote transmission function and can be transmitted to the PLC control system.

In addition, we provide engineering construction drawings related to the device (equipment), provide installation guidance, trial operation, commissioning and startup according to technical data, and are responsible for solving quality and other related problems found during installation, commissioning and trial operation of the device (equipment).

This is a complete set of equipment for preparing tetravalent uranium by catalytic reduction of hydrazine nitrate designed by our company for customers in 2022.

The equipment took 18 months from design, production, manufacturing to installation and commissioning. The output and yield met the contract requirements. After 72 hours of continuous operation, the output was stable and the yield was greater than 98%, which was better than the expected target.
